2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jk3 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jk3 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jk3 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. jk3 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 You must notify jk3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
3.4 jk3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.
4.1 Supported Methods. jk3 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is always available on the Platform.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. jk3 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. jk3 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jk3 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. jk3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. jk3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been credited in error.
5.3 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated software, or coordinated wagering to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 jk3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the jk3 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 jk3 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream.
6.3 All bets placed on the jk3 Platform are final once confirmed. jk3 reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical error, manifest error in odds or game settings, or where jk3 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
6.4 jk3 is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or technical failure on the player's side that results in a bet being placed or a game session being interrupted.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jk3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jk3 Platform, even if jk3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 jk3's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jk3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jk3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.3 jk3 reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed or suspended account pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jk3 Platform shall first be submitted to jk3's customer support team for resolution. jk3 will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jk3 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of posting. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
